GWS privacy policy

Effective date: 10 September 2026

GWS is a personal Google-account integration operated by Iurii Alekseev for accounts he controls. It supports private backups, search, and tasks he requests through his own tools.

Google data and its use

Depending on the permissions granted and the requested task, GWS can access email and attachments, contacts, calendar events, files and documents, tasks, chat messages, meeting information, and account-owned information in other Google services selected during authorization. It uses this information to perform the account owner's requested actions, such as archiving messages, finding information, or updating a document or calendar event.

Storage and sharing

Credentials and downloaded data are stored on devices or storage controlled by the account owner. GWS does not sell Google data, use it for advertising, or use it to train general-purpose AI models.

If the account owner chooses a workflow involving an external service, including an AI assistant, the content needed for that task may be sent to that service. Its handling of that content is governed by the service's terms and privacy policy.

Google API data is handled under the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Retention and control

The account owner controls retention and can delete downloaded data and credentials from the relevant devices, archives, and backups. Revoking access through Google Account connections stops future authorized access but does not delete existing archive copies.
